Our Company


I am a second generation fisher and troll for Wild Salmon in the Queen Charlotte Islands (Haida Gwaii). I created Queen Charlotte Seafoods in 2004 to offer buyers an ocean fresh and unique product.
I catch and buy fewer fish than company fishers and than value-add by smoking and creating one-of-a-kind products. Since all our products come from deep pristine waters our Salmon or Tuna are at peak condition when caught. We keep our products in the smoker longer and use genuine Maple Syrup in our brines creating a distinctive smoky flavour.
We take pride in labelling all our products with species of Salmon: Chinook, Pink, or Coho. We do not harvest Sockeye or Chum.
