Commercial trolling is a highly-selective fishing technique with little "by-catch", which means other species of fish and sea life are not accidentally caught. No nets are involved. The fish from these prestine waters are sought after from restaurants and hotels and I wanted to bring this quality of salmon to your dinner table.
